How Does A VPS Server Work?

VPS is basically a server running within the server. The physical server hosts multiple virtual servers, each isolated from other servers. This is accomplished by using a program called a hypervisor, which divides the actual server and keeps each part separate from the rest.

Each VPS runs it’s own operating system, regardless of others, which creates the illusion that it is in fact it’s own independent server. Each VPS can also be restarted independently.
