5. Information that we Collect; Use of Information.
a. Generally. We may use PI as required or permitted by law, including in response to legal process service (course number, user name, credit/debit card, bank information, and other personal or confidential information and other information we need to provide the service. We may also obtain information about third-party clients, such as credit reporting agencies, as well as collect information about customer use of the services. This information may be linked to the information provided by our customers to create an administrative record known as “Registration and Billing Information”.
b. Information on your client’s record. Users representing our customers provide a name, address, phone number, user name, credit/debit card, bank information, and other personal or confidential information and other information we need to provide the service.We may also obtain information about third-party clients, such as credit reporting agencies, as well as collect information about customer use of the services. This information may be linked to the information provided by our customers to create an administrative record known as “Registration and Billing Information”.
c. User queries Users who contact us with your questions may be asked to provide us with additional information to help us answer your questions or to help us with our business (“User Inquiry Information”).
f. Links and information from unrelated third parties. Our site contains links to other websites or information and other material provided by third parties (for example, links to social networking sites of a third party). We do not own or control these other sites or third parties, and we are not responsible for the information provided on such sites or in such materials. We do not control and are not responsible for, their privacy policies or information collected on these third-party sites.
g. Customer Inquiries We use customer inquiry information to personally identify users. It is used throughout our business to provide services to users and market new products and services to users. Customer request information is shared with third parties in the following situations: Identify and resolve service issues when we are unable to do so. Third-party product providers may ask us to provide customer inquiries. When customer inquiry information is shared with third parties in these circumstances, third parties must keep this information confidential. In addition, entities that provide us with products may have privacy policies that differ from our policies. We will be happy to provide you with the names of the companies providing services through us and links to their privacy policies, as required.
h. Information about kids. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian believes that their child is under the age of 13 provided us with personally identifiable information, they should contact us.
6. Your Access to and Ability to Change PI
You can request access, update and modify corrections to your IP address by contacting us as described below. For security reasons, we can order PI. 7. Deleting and Retention of PI
You can request to remove your IP address and try to meet these requests. However, we may retain and use PI for the time periods required or permitted by law or best business practices.
HIPAA does not apply to our service. We are not a “covered entity” or “business partner” as defined by HIPAA. Since HIPAA does not apply, our services are not necessary and may not meet the standards set out in HIPAA. Accordingly, the Service should not be used to send, store or disclose information that may be subject to the HIPAA Act in a manner consistent with the HIPAA Act and its requirements.

With respect to our use of your warranty terms, you agree that we may use your first name, first name, residency status, sound or similarity, and/or contact information relating to the posting of your warranty. If you ever want us to stop using your authentication, please contact us using the contact information in Section 19 of our Terms of Service and we will stop using authentication shortly after processing your request.
11. Privacy Complaints by European Union and Swiss Citizen
a. ARN HOST is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission.
d. If we transfer your PI to third parties, we will be liable to you if the third party processes your IP in violation of the Privacy Principles, unless we demonstrate that we are not responsible for the event that caused the damage.
e. Under certain circumstances, you may also have the right to invoke binding arbitration before the privacy protection team to be established by the US Department of Commerce, the European Commission or the Government of Switzerland.
