b.Terms Specific to Domain Name Services.

i. We resell the domain names. When you request domain name registration, your request is sent to ARN HOST (www.arnhost.com). By using our domain name services, you agree to comply with the Resellerclub domain registration policies and procedures, so please read them. These policies and procedures are available at: www.resellerclub.com. Due to domain name registration mechanic, we can not guarantee your domain name registration. c. Terms That Apply to All Hosting Services.

i. The bandwidth for hosting accounts is created according to the package you specify. The range of services obtained is not transferred and is not reliable in time periods. If you request a larger bandwidth than you purchased, your account may be suspended until the next period, you can purchase additional bandwidth when you update your account. Your account may be canceled for violating the terms of the package you purchased, at our discretion.

ii. As part of the cost of the service, we will provide you with a number of basic IP addresses described in detail in the plan of your choice. You can request additional IP addresses for an additional charge. If we need to change a custom IP address, we’ll notify you via email. You can only use the IP addresses provided in conjunction with the services and you can not move them.

iii. By using our hosting services, you can not place excessive loads on CPUs, servers or other resources, including our customer services. You realize that bandwidth, connection speeds, and other similar capacity indexes are the maximum. Access to these capacity numbers in a consistent manner may result in restrictions on your use of the Services, including the suspension or cancellation of your account or the reduction of bandwidth available for use (also known as display restriction). 4. Resellers

7. Enrollment; Account Information

a. Registration.

You warrant that before you use any of the Services or register for an account, you are at least 18 years of age and have the ability to bind you or the entity that represents these Terms of Service. 8. Terms of Agreement:

Billing & Payment.

a. Term. We are not required to implement the services until we receive your payment when the payment is completed through our platform (“Effective Date”). We will begin providing services on the Effective Date and will continue until the date specified on the page describing the services on www.arnhost.com/billing (the “Initial Period”). If the page that describes “Services” does not have an “Initial Duration”, the Initial Duration will be one month.

b. Automatic Renewal. The initial period will be automatically renewed for consecutive and periods of time (each “Renewal Period”). If you wish to discontinue the services, you must notify us before the automatic renewal of the renewal period.

Termination. Regardless of the method of termination by you, valid proof of account ownership and authorization to cancel are required to terminate an account.

19. Legal

a. Compliance with Law
